2) When you are finished, you will be given the opportunity to download your completed form as a PDF. The button you’ll click looks like this:

3) Download the form, save it to your computer, and email it to Alexis Bain (abain@congregationalhome.org).

Note: Completing and emailing the eBID is required. If it is not completed, your application will not be considered.
